FZ: Yeah, yeah!!! You know what it is, your boy Freekey Zekey and Legacy Magazine you know what it is me and your boy S1 getting that paper straight right now !!! What’s really hood son?
S1: Chillin, chillin man…Just definitely hanging in there…Like I said definitely looking forward to the interview, you got a lot of shit on your plate, I wanna touch a lot of shit…Lets start here dawg, your definitely a thorough cat, you been out on the street getting money, doing a lot things…But right now your working your way out of a situation, so my question is where do you find yourself right now and I heard you were dropping an album real soon…Where you at right now dawg? What’s going on in your life right now?
FZ: Right now I’m in prison in Durham Corrections doing a 3 ½ year bid for allegedly they said I was running an ecstasy ring and bagged me with some ecstasy…I’m so happy that they caught me with what I had instead of the truck in front of me but the little time I had gave me a chance to sit back and reflect on the movement of my life you know what I’m saying…
S1: Alright, alright now that’s definitely giving you a lot time like you said put everything to perspective kind of figure out where you gonna take your career…It’s help you decide to go ahead and put together your own solo joint right, hopefully coming out latter this year …What’s poppin off with that baby?
FZ: Well its later next year but the situation was I was originally getting ready to do the album and it was called “Stop Calling” it was called that because I was the skit dude I did hooks like Hey Ma, you look all over Come Home With Me I’m all over Cam album…I was just gonna take that to another level and move it to a album because I had major skits that will have you holding your stomach for days I was gonna do that and put my music to it but it got pushed back 3 ½ years because of my incarceration you dig…
S1: Alright, alright so listen like I was saying before, my listeners and readers are aware of the trials and tribulations that you’ve experienced but you were involved in a situation where you boy got his life taken away, it was a carjacking and you wound up in the hospital…Just take us back to that fateful day and how the shit unfolded and the shit that you had to go thru baby…
FZ: Yeah that til this day is a real fucked up situation! Rest in peace to my man Eric Mangrum…Well just to touch base and summarize that night it all started from a show actually…Me and Juelz was doing a Diplomat show, Killer was doing another show in another state …So after we finished we got our cash or whatever we dispersed from each other and I knew that Jim was gonna be at this club called Cheetah’s down there in downtown Manhattan and I wasn’t driving actually my man Eric Mangrum was driving he had just came thru and I told him that I’d give him a G if he ride me around I ain’t seen him in a few…So they hit the truck, a car hit the truck…So I’m like damn but I ain’t stressing , I’m high, I’m drunk whatever…My mans and them they pushing the issue , so I just get out cause I’m on the run at this time…So I get out the car I looked at it, the dent ain’t as fucked up as they yelling about , so I’m like listen just pull around the corner and ya’ll give a little two, three hundred dollars and we leave it like that cause I don’t wanna make it no police issue…So we get around the corner and there’s another club around there they pull out the guns cause I had on a big platinum chain eagled out, I’m heavy that Day …So they pull out I grab the dude’s wrist put him in a yoke hold they was with 3 other people they pull out guns, so I’m thinking damn…So my peoples dispersed, I’m fighting the dude they hit my man up but at the time I don’t know, so I took the dudes gun I got my chain back they hit me with a car whatever they ran me over with the car and I got out of there …Now I’m shot and I’m looking at my man on the floor, I got the niggas gun and I got my chain…So I hear sirens I’m like oh shit , so I put the gun in the dumpster I’m not thinking…Now I’m looking at my man and I see bullets all in his neck and bullets all in his stomach bullets just everywhere I know he’s a goner so I hold him up telling him nigga you look good don’t even worry about it …Long story short I go to the hospital and I go into surgery, I wake up and it’s like yeah nigga I’m back its on and poppin…So when I go to move I’m in handcuffs!!! I’m like what the fuck is this!!! Then I look and I’m on the front cover of the Daily News and the Post all of that…So I’m bugging out I’m trying to get on the jack to let niggas know what’s good and I’m in handcuffs, so the detective walks in he was like yeah, cause at the time I was using an alias I was George Moore from Puerto Rico, so they dude walks in he’s like yeah Mr. Moore or should I say Ezekiel Giles fugitive from North Carolina…We got everything down, we found the gun in the dumpster, you killed Eric Mangrum…We got the gun, we got the body and we got you just cop out to the 25 and you be straight you know what I’m saying…So I was like what?!!! I was like whoa, whoa, whoa I’m just getting up from surgery…I’m like ya’ll niggas is buggin the fuck out, so I’m like nah duke…So to clear my name, cause at the end of the day I had to take the stand to clear my name you know what I’m saying, I did not point not one person out you know what I’m saying and luckily for me for my benefit which help clear my name was the area where I got shot at there was a gay it was a homo sexual area and there was a lot of gay bashing going on so they set up cameras you know what I’m saying…It just so happened that situation happened right there where there was a camera…So when I got locked up it was a lot of people saying that I was a snitch and that I took the stand and told on them dudes, but that people know how far gone or how far off they are on the reality of the streets cause if you a real street dude its been times where you might have to explain why you wasn’t there you know what I’m saying…Or what you were not doing to clear your name but a lot of these dudes they phony they not really from the hood they not from the streets so they hear one thing and they run with it…Like I said before like there is something called a discovery, its called a motion of discovery you know what I’m saying these are the people like the dudes that shot me they got that and it will clearly state that Freekey Zekey positively identified them as the shooter when I was on the stand I positively identified them as the person who shot me you know what I’m saying…If they can present those papers then I give me neck and my nuts to chop off you know what I’m saying…But other then that I’m good though…

FZ: It’s gonna be called The Book Of Ezekiel…That’s my first name it’s a biblical name he was a prophet you know what I’m saying and that’s what I’m gonna do I’m gonna bring my thought and my teachings and put it on wax so everybody can learn what really going down in the hood not only in the hood just in life in general cause my album is diversified, its gonna make you laugh cause I’m crazy as a muthafucker, its gonna make you sit back and think and I’m gonna bring forth the harsh reality that I been through or what a couple of my dudes have been through…You know I’m not gonna say that I did everything like I’m all the way gangster…But as far as who is gonna be on there as of right now I can’t really say but once my album is going and I feel like this person should be on it then I’ll call em up like whats good? What’s good? Ya’ll gonna be on this album? Of course Dipset is on there !!!
S1: So word on the street is that your gonna be a free man soon…Any major plans when you touch the free soil?
FZ: First and foremost I’m getting some pussy!!! I don’t wanna talk to Killer, Jim, Juelz ok you know what I’m saying…Give me my 45 minutes cause that’s all I’m gonna take!!! Let’s do everything!!! But it might get pushed back cause I had a situation with some dudes in here it got kind of ugly some niggas got slapped up…So hopefully by the end of November I’ll be out…
