Come chill with S1 and see what Bone Thugs have been up to:

Marco Polo: A Beat and a DreamFor those of you that don’t know, Marco Polo is probably the illest producer that you never heard of and that’s because of the mind numbing beats that he puts together for some of hip hop’s elites. Marco has worked with the likes of Masta Ace, OC, Buckshot and so on and so forth. Fresh off the release of his debut album “Port Authority” S1 had a chance to holla at homeboy and get the inside scoop of his very promising career:

Prodigy realeased his first solo album in 2000 titled HNIC with the help of Alchemist and other producers besides Havoc. He proved that he could do the solo artist thing while maintaining his relationship with Mobb Deep, even garnering critical acclaim from critics and fans alike. With tales of street life and his raspy grimy signature flow P has set the bar high for lyricists for years. Prodigy has had his share of famous beefs from 2 Pac to Jay-Z. Despite it being damn near 100 degrees the joint was packed...

Common & Talib
Finding Forever No.1 on Billboard .
Ever since “Can I Borrow a Dollar?” came out Common has set the precedent for being a true emcee. Even Jay-Z wants to flow like Talib Kweli, that’s the kind of respect that Talib has earned amongst the elite of hip hop. Fresh off their Rock the Bells performance in Miami Common and Talib kicked it with S1 for a minute about being number #1 and this is what they had to say:

Malia: "Simply Sexy", Malia

Chuck D: Hip Hop, Racism & Barak Obama . I couldn’t have come up with a better title for a Public Enemy album then this one, “How To Sell Your Soul To Soulless People Who Sold Their Soul.” That is the title to Public Enemy’s 14th album and their message hasn’t really changed that much over the last 20 years. With Flav in the mind of mainstream America with his hit show Flavor of Love you would think that P.E. is finished but that’s far from the truth. S1 recently caught up with Chuck D to talk about Hip Hop, Racism & Barak Obama. This is what Chuck D had to say:

Guru & Solar: The State of Hip Hop . Now Sen Dog finds himself releasing a new album with his brother Mellow Man Ace called "The Reyes Brothers", doing work with his boys SX-10 and readying a solo album for good measure. Come chill with our boy Mike V as he kicks it with Sen Dog. Can anyone say, "Phunky Cypress Hill Shit"!!!!!

The Spanish Dream: "El Sueno Espanol"

Miss Issa, "Hurt No More". "Born in San Diego and the youngest of five siblings, Issa moved to Los Angeles to try her luck in the city of opportunity. In late 2004, the Latina/Filipina beauty’s dreams were answered with an audition for the R&B group TLC's television show "R U the Girl." Issa secured a finalist position but when the contract was sent to her, she became concerned about limiting her options. She felt if she could land a position as finalist for "R U the Girl," she could probably find some other opportunities as well"(qoute from her official bio). As it turns out Miss Issa was right, since then she has dropped a single with Fat Joe and is now blazin the airways with her current single "Let Me Be The One" featuring Jim Jones. Rawlings is the franchise-player whom Dave Chappelle and co-writer Neal Brennan wanted as a writer and prime time player on their team." That's according to Comedy Central. Now if David Chappelle drafted him for his team you know the kid is Crazy Nice. Come check him kick it with S1:

Everyone remembers MC Serch from his early days in the game with his boy Pete Nice better known as "3rd Bass". Even though "The Cactus Album" is a certified classic, it's what MC Serch has done after 3rd Bass that has help mold Hip Hop to what it is today. Oh, and lets not forget his new hit show on VH1 "The White Rapper Show".

K-SOLO: The Fugitive Still on the Run With a label and a little brother about to go pro K-Solo seems to have never stopped since his days of being down with the Hit Squad and solidifying Strong Island’s place in hip hop. Nas,"Hip Hop Is Dead": Legacy Magazine Album of the Year 2006 “Pullin the tech out the dresser police got me under pressure represent!!” Its been over ten years since we first heard that powerful line by Nasty Nas. “Hip Hop Is Dead” Nas’s new release actually means hip hop is alive and kicking. Come chill with us as we kick it with a guy who has no problem fighting you for his lunch money...:

DRES: Where's The Black Sheep? With classic joints like The Choice is Yours and Strobelite Honey, Blacksheep has etched themselves in hip hop’s hall of fame as one of the most successful rap groups ever.
