KL: Man you know like honestly man I get a lot of people, a lot of people is like I’m down today how do you make through the day? How do I continue to be happy within myself or who I am and it’s just a situation where I’m faced you know…The way I grew up man is  my father died when I was 7 years old and my mother died when I got out of high school you know so for me it was like and I grew up in Meade Village in the projects back in Fort Meade…But it was like with my mother, what my mother  instilled in me was always believe in yourself no matter what where your at…Whatever your going through trust in yourself…She took me to church man every Sunday you know, and I learned how to pray to God you know, just guide me in the right direction, I want to be a better man…I want to be that guy that will help people who will help individuals and that threw me into bodybuilding…Bodybuilding is an individual sport you know, I traveled around the world and did my thing and if I had to write the script man I never would have figured that life would end up the way it is today…Because where I’m at, I’m in a position to make a positive impact and I can reach out around the world man…

  S1: Alright that’s definitely what’s up there is a lot of positivity there…Right before we get into your acting and music career, one last thing I want to touch on that revolves around bodybuilding real quick is again your record is legendary you got 23 1st place wins, 18 2nd place’s, 15 international championships…
