Migs & Shy Saltor
Shy Saltor: Shy is the Limit
Migs: Tell us how you got into modeling?
Shy: My mother was actually my first photographer. She took pictures of me from the time I exited to whom....lol. Which helped develop me into a strong shooter. Modeling is something that I have always done and wanted to further pursue, it's in my blood. From the age of 4 I have been modeling from Churches to schools you name it. And now videos, magazines, and the web.
Migs: What are some of the photo shoots you have done?
Shy: Hmm...it's been so many. Well I can say the shoot that set me in the right direction for print was with photographer Shawn Dowdell of www.glamagirls.com. Shooting with him opened alot of doors. Some were KING issue #29 (Kelis Cover) and F.E.D.S. Magazine issue #18.
Migs: What are your measurements?
Shy: My Dimensions are 34C-26-38 enough said....lol.
Migs: What are some of the projects that you have coming up?
Shy: I just shot for the upcoming issue of IB Concept Magazine, and I have a hair contract with Cream of Nature for the cover of their Classic Mahogany hair color box, which should be released in the Fall. I'm hustling everyday so something new is always coming up with me.

Migs: Have you been in any videos?
Shy: I have been featured in Bad Boy South's Yung Joc "It's Goin Down", Grand Hustle's Rashad "Tell'em What They Wanna Hear", So So Def's Young Capone featuring Jermaine Dupri & Daz "I'm Hott", Grand Hustle's T.I. & PSC "Do Your Thing" just to name a few.
Migs: Who is your favorite rap artist?
Shy: I don't just have one, I'm a real Hip Hop head. But if I had to just choose one it would be NAS. I'm a sucker for lyrical content.
Migs: What do you think your best feature is?
Shy: I know you don't get this everyday but I would have to say my personality and then of course my eyes and onion.
Migs: Any words of wisdom for girls trying to get into the modeling game?
Shy: Keep grinding, stay positive, and do you at all times. Don't try to fit into what others are doing or let anyone tell you how to do what your doing. You shine brighter in your own spotlight, and don't limit yourself to one genre of modeling.
