Steele- Ah Man… The “Reloaded” Album man, the whole campaign… The Triple Threat Campaign, Every thing iz Good!... Me & my PNC iz back in the driverz seat right now and we juz pushin thiz 18 wheeler out there for the folkz & gonna put it in the middle of North America and we gonna let them Bass Systemz “Blast Off Baby”…yo know…

S1- Yo, Like I wuz telling Tek, (We) Been wit ya’ll niggaz since the first album, never fronted, you know what im sayin… “Da Shinin”, that shit iz a Hip Hop Classic, but um… What can we expect from thiz Album (“Reloaded” dropz Sept 13th). Talk to uz, what’z the Flavor? What’z the inspiration?

Steele- I really tried to get into… you know like… for me, makin “Da Shinin”, we didn’t make it to be a Classic. It became a Classic because the people accepted it and it wuz a good time, wuz a time where Hip Hop wuz growing, all of uz involved in Hip Hop. It’z almost like a reunion for uz on thiz album wit our Hip Hop family across America & Abroad. So when we say “Reloaded”, we Reloaded all the idealz that Smif & Wesson had, all the constructive criticism we received, from individualz from here to the West Coast, Up North to the Durrty, all the way over to Amsterdam, Germany, Spain. All the people we know & met ino ur travelz since putting out “Da Shinin” & we try to put that out there without goin overboard & appealin to uh… a people who don’t even Fuck wit uz, ya na meen… If you don’t understand what I meen by that, it’z like wit out bending over, wit out tryin to Rap like any mutha fucka that’z out right now… We tryin to do a Smif & Wesson Thing…

We also wanted to let People Know the difference between the Cocoa Brovas & Smif & Wesson.

S1- Aiight… I wuz’nt gonna touch on the but since you brought the subject up… What the deal wit the switch back, I meen “The Originality” I shoud say?

Steele- Man, listen man… (In) Hip Hop we Rebelz Baby! Writin on the Train since Bombin on the Streetz, na meen… Doin Graffiti on the side of the Precint… We Reblez Man & you don’t get anywhere by playin it safe, ya know what I meen… You master your Art, you master your Craft, you make it wit Catz that can Rock wit you like that & you juz “Bomb First” like my PNC Pac (Tupac) said it… And it’z no excusez, so for uz, we had to make that move, cuz we wuz playin a serious Chess Game. But know we uppin the stake right now. We sayin Fuck it, if you gonna take my Queen , Im a take your Queen, but the Game aint over yet, so we continuing to Rock. And really, when it comez down to it, Smif & Wesson, Tek & Steele, We Street Dudez. We aint out there sellin crack, shootin niggaz all day, erry day, but we out there Strugglin wit our PNC that’z tryin to get 9-5’z, tryin to go to College & tryin to take care of they Baby. Babiez mom tryin to take care of they Children by the self & We see the Struggle Continuously, you know what im sayin… So for uz, we juz play our part… We try to be more Helpful than detrimental to our surroundinz. Smif & Wesson iz how People relate to uz. When people see uz they be like, Smif & Wesson suck man…

Steele- Listen man, I juz gonna tell these Mutha Fucka’z out there, “Don’t give up on Hip Hop”… Don’t think that the big company’z are takin over, cuz they not… Az long az you got Mutha Fucka’z like Smif & Wesson, az long az you got Mutha Fucka’z like S1 you know what I meen, And what’z so dope iz the the name of your shit iz LEGACY, and that’z what we Buildin, we go to continue to think that what we do iz important for everybody so Rock On & Buy the Album (“Reloaded”) Sept 13 ya heard!
